These terms govern access to the ChinaScape website and the travel services offered through it. Detailed booking terms will also be supplied with each proposal and confirmation.

1. Our services

ChinaScape provides destination information, travel consultation, customized itinerary design, tour arrangements and related ground services. Some elements are fulfilled by carefully selected third-party suppliers.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for providing complete, accurate traveler and contact information.

3. Pricing, booking and payment

Prices shown on this website are indicative “from” prices. A booking is confirmed only after you accept the specific proposal and required payment is received. Currency, inclusions, payment schedule and supplier conditions will be stated in the proposal.

4. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and change terms vary by trip, date and supplier. The applicable schedule will be disclosed before booking. Refunds, when due, exclude non-recoverable supplier charges and may require processing time.

5. Travel documents, health and insurance

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry rules and personal health requirements. Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment and disruption is strongly recommended.

6. Third-party suppliers

Hotels, carriers, attractions and other suppliers operate independently and may apply their own conditions. ChinaScape remains responsible for reasonable care in selection and coordination but cannot control every act, omission or external disruption.

7. Force majeure and liability

Weather, government action, transport disruption, public-health events and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may require itinerary changes. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of your confirmed booking.

8. Intellectual property and privacy

Website content belongs to ChinaScape or its licensors and may not be commercially reproduced without permission. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing terms and contact

The operating company name, registered address, governing law, dispute process and contact details must be completed and professionally reviewed before commercial launch. The booking agreement supplied for a confirmed journey takes precedence where it is more specific.
